New on LinkedIn

LinkedIn just added a great new feature called "What I am Working On." This feature allows users to post things like your job search or a new project announcement. This information automatically posts out to your entire network so you can get help just when you most need it.

1. LinkedIn cares about helping you network most effectively. I've been using this site that grows by one million professionals every 22 days for the past four years. I haven't seen more than four weeks go by that they don't make another improvement on the site. In other words, they are constantly making it better and better to help you locate great jobs and networking with those you know and those who they know.
2. LinkedIn values relationships. LinkedIn is a site that focuses on developing quality relationships. They do this by providing support to help you link to people who have similar values and interests. Their focus is to help you succeed in your professional life.
3. LinkedIn helps you discover connections. Six degrees of Separation has now become Two Degrees of Connection, but often, don't know who your network knows. LinkedIn provides a powerful "technology dashboard" to provide a roadmap to connections you might never have discovered.
